Privacy & terms

Booking information

The booking form sends your request to [email protected]. We use the contact details you provide to schedule and discuss your service. This site does not include advertising trackers or customer accounts.

Attached photos

The booking form asks for clear photos of both sides of your firearm. We do not ask for a driver's license or ID photo, so please do not include one or any other personal documents. Photos are stored for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically. Each photo is reached through a long, random, unlisted link that we do not share; anyone who has the link could open it.

Confidentiality

Everything you send us, including photos and firearm details, is kept confidential and is held and stored in line with ATF guidelines.

Service terms

Your confirmed estimate governs. Larger jobs require a written estimate first. Firearms must arrive unloaded and cased. Items unclaimed after 60 days are subject to a storage fee and our abandonment policy. A website request does not confirm an appointment.

Merchandise store

Merchandise purchases are processed by our merch partner, Fourthwall, under Fourthwall’s own terms and privacy policy. Checkout, payment, shipping and returns are handled by Fourthwall. We never see or store your card details. See the shop’s terms, privacy policy and shipping & returns.
